NOTE: Depending on the case, during the application review, the Embassy/Consulate may request additional documents if deemed necessary. If your UAE visa application is denied, the visa fee of 2,000,000 VND will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION:
In the event you are unable to join the tour, please inform the company and bear the cancellation fee as follows:

Notes:
VISA CONDITIONS:
– Note that the Dubai visa is a separate visa paper, not affixed to the passport.
– In case of a visa refusal, the traveler incurs a consular fee of 2,000,000 VND.
– If a traveler wishes to leave the tour group, they must inform the responsible staff beforehand, and the company will review the case, informing the traveler whether separation from the group is permitted (additional surcharges may apply).
– In case a group registration includes two or more people and one of them doesn’t acquire a visa, the remaining guests with visas must participate in the tour (failure to participate will incur 100% of the tour cost).
– After the issuance of the visa, The Travel company will notify and collect the remaining payment from the guests.
– Should a guest possess a visa but opt not to join the tour without a valid reason, they must pay the entire tour cost (100%), and travel company will cancel their visa.
– No refunds will be provided for unused services during the trip.
FOR FOREIGNERS, OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE, ELDERLY, AND CHILDREN:
– Foreign guests must have an exit visa when traveling on the tour.
– Re-entry visa into Vietnam for foreigners or overseas Vietnamese is 1,500,000 VND (visa issued at the border and valid for a single entry within 3 months for overseas Vietnamese). If you don’t have a re-entry visa, it has expired, or is overdue, please contact the travel company for visa arrangements, at least 5 days before departure (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), in line with current Vietnamese regulations on foreign entry and exit.
– Bring the customs declaration form, visa, and 02 photos sized 4x6cm.
– For those with dual nationality (without nationality), please notify the sales staff upon registration and submit related documents (if any).
– If you only hold a residence card (foreign temporary residence card) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot travel to a third country.
– In cases where children are traveling with someone other than their parents, they must submit a confirmation letter authorized by the local authorities (authorized by parents for the trip).
– For customers over 70 years old, you and your family commit to ensuring good health to participate in the tour with the company when registering. Any incidents occurring during the tour will not be the responsibility of the company.
NOTES:
– Please bring your passport (original), and deposit 50% of the tour cost when registering for the tour, finalizing the full payment before the tour’s departure date 10 working days in advance.
– Foreign guests must have an exit visa when traveling on the tour.
– For those with dual nationality or a Travel document (without nationality), please notify the sales staff upon registration and submit related documents (if any).
– If you only hold a residence card (foreign temporary residence card) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot travel to a third country.
– In cases where children are traveling with someone other than their parents, they must submit an authorization letter confirmed by the local authorities (authorized by parents for the trip), and parents must be present at the Consulate on the day when information is taken.
– For customers over 70 years old, you and your family commit to ensuring good health to participate in the tour with the company when registering. Any incidents occurring during the tour will not be the responsibility of the company.
– Depending on the actual conditions, the itinerary might be adjusted up or down to suit. However, all scheduled tourist destinations will be guaranteed.
– Flight schedules may change at the last minute due to airlines or weather conditions.
– In cases where guests cannot exit or enter for personal reasons, the company will not be held responsible and will not refund the tour cost.
– Departure dates may be postponed from 1 to 7 days compared to the initial departure date, depending on the visa issuance by the Consulate and airline tickets.
– Children sleep in the same bed as their parents. Each family can bring only one child, and the second child must pay like an adult.
– Visa application documents submitted to the Consulate will not be refunded.
– Check-in and check-out times are standard: after 14:00 and before 12:00. Early check-in will depend on the hotel’s policy and the actual situation.
– Company is exempt from responsibility in the event of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, technical difficulties with aircraft, weather conditions, third-party failure to provide services due to force majeure… leading to rescheduling, cancellation, or postponement of flights or the inability to arrange for the intended tour. In such cases, the company will consider refunding costs to guests, deducting the services already performed like visa fees, and flight tickets… and will not be liable for additional compensation for any other costs.
– All images taken during the tour may be used by the travel company for advertising purposes; if you disagree, please inform the tour guide before the tour departs.
REGISTRATION AND EXECUTION PROCEDURE:
– Guests complete the registration form and provide visa documents before the departure date, as stipulated, to allow time for visa submission with the group.
– Pay a tour deposit of 15 million VND per person for tours to Japan, Australia, and Dubai, and 20 million VND per person for European tours.
– Complete the tour payment 10 days before the departure date. If the Consulate rejects the visa after the full tour cost has been paid, we will refund the entire tour cost as per the regulations – after deducting the visa refusal fee set for each tour.
– The itinerary may change depending on flight schedules or other unforeseen conditions, ensuring all sightseeing destinations.
– Departure conditions: the group must have at least 10 adult guests (children aged 12 are counted as adults); if below 10 guests, the tour will be postponed or if it still goes ahead, additional organizational costs will apply depending on the number of guests 10 days before the departure.
The group is resting on the airplane.
Morning: The group arrives at Dubai International Airport. The group goes through immigration procedures and then moves outside. Local guides and vehicles will take you to have breakfast, and then proceed to visit and take photos outside with
Afternoon: The group will have lunch at a restaurant and then return to check in and rest at the hotel (if rooms are available).
Dusk: The group will move to visit:
Night: The group will have dinner at a restaurant, and then the group is free to go sightseeing.
End of the program, the group will return to the hotel to rest.
Morning: enjoy breakfast at the hotel before continuing the journey.
Afternoon: The group enjoys a local restaurant lunch before returning to the hotel for some relaxation.
Then, the adventure unfolds with a Desert Safari experience aboard Land Cruisers:
Evening: The day culminates as the vehicles transport the group back to the hotel for a well-deserved rest.
Morning The group has breakfast at the hotel and then departs for sightseeing:
Noon: The group has a buffet lunch at a 5-star hotel.
Evening: The group has dinner and can either explore Dubai at night or relax at the hotel. |
Morning: After having breakfast at the hotel (or take-away breakfast), the group checks out and heads to the airport. The tour guide assists with departure procedures, bids farewell, and looks forward to meeting you again on future tours.
