  • Visa for entry into Vietnam for foreign nationals.
  • Visa fee: 5,000,000 VND per person/document set. Please coordinate with the company to provide complete documents for the visa application.

Note: Regarding Covid Testing information, the Travel Company will provide updated regulations and Covid Test costs in the country at the time of departure or service use based on regulations at the local National Hospital/Health Center and entry requirements. Therefore, the company kindly requests cooperation from clients at the time of any changes (if any) to facilitate a smoother tour.

CHILD TICKET PRICES:

For children traveling on the tour, the calculation is based on the child’s departure date and their date of birth.

  • Children under 2 years old: Includes round-trip airfare with parents, travel insurance, and sleeping with parents.
  • Children from 2 to under 9 years old: Sleep with parents, other services provided similarly to adults.
  • Children from 9 years old and above: Priced at 100% of the tour price as adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of being unable to join the tour, please notify the Company and adhere to the following cancellation charges:

Note:

  • Cancellation for any reason after the visa has been issued (by the travel company) will result in penalties as stipulated, and the company will cancel the visa.
  • For cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide sufficient documentation and evidence, and the travel company will flexibly handle each case.
  • Cancellation due to a visa denial for accompanying persons will incur cancellation charges as per regulations, and the travel company reserves the right to cancel the visa previously issued to the concerned client.

VISA APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

  • In case of a visa denial, a charge of 5,000,000 VND for consular, translation, and documentation fees will be incurred by the client.
  • If a client wishes to separate from the group, they must inform the tour coordinator in advance, and the company will evaluate the documentation to determine whether the client will be allowed to separate (additional charges may apply).
  • In cases where a client wishes to separate from the group, the request must be made when the deposit is made and the tour is registered for an individual visa application. Any requests made after the travel company has received the documentation and processed the visa will not be considered (in accordance with consular regulations).
  • In scenarios where multiple individuals (2 or more) register but some do not obtain a visa, the remaining members with valid visas are obliged to participate in the tour (failure to participate results in 100% tour cost forfeiture).
  • After obtaining the visa, the company will notify the client and the remaining payment will be settled; the travel company will hold the client’s passport until the tour concludes.
  • In instances where a client possesses a visa but doesn’t participate in the tour without a valid reason, the client is liable to pay 100% of the tour cost, and the Travel Company will cancel the client’s visa.

 

FOR FOREIGNERS, OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE, SENIORS, and CHILDREN: 

    • Clients holding foreign nationalities must possess a valid exit visa upon departing for the tour.
    • Re-entry visa for foreigners into Vietnam or overseas Vietnamese: 1,500,000 VND/Visa (fees subject to change at the time of issuance). The visa is issued at the border and is valid for a single entry into Vietnam within 3 months for overseas Vietnamese.
    • Please carry the customs entry declaration, the visa, and 02 photos sized 3.5 x 4.5cm.
    • Clients with two citizenship (yet to finalize citizenship) should notify the tour agent upon tour registration and submit the original documents along with relevant papers (if any).
    • Clients holding only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) without a valid Vietnamese passport are not allowed to travel to a third country.
    • In cases where children are accompanied by a family member (other than their parents), an authorization letter from the local authorities confirming parental permission is required (if entrusted by the parents to join the tour).
  • For customers over 70 years old, clients and families must ensure good health conditions to participate in the tour. The Travel Company will not be responsible for any incidents occurring during the tour.

NOTES FOR THE TOUR:

    • Kindly review the program, tour prices, and inclusive and non-inclusive items listed in the program carefully.
    • Please bring your Passport (original copy with at least 6 months of validity as per regulations), and make a deposit of 20 million VND when registering for the tour. The remaining amount will be paid after the visa is issued or 10 days prior to departure.
  • If the visa is not obtained, the non-refundable fee is 5,000,000 VND.
    • The actual tour itinerary might be adjusted for practical reasons; however, all tourist attractions will still be visited as planned.
    • Flight schedules can change last minute due to the airline, weather, etc.
    • If a customer is unable to exit or enter for personal reasons, the TRAVEL COMPANY is exempt from responsibility and will not refund the tour cost.
    • Based on the visa issuance by the Consulate and flight tickets, the departure date might be postponed from 1 to 10 days from the initial start date.
    • Children share a bed with their parents. Only one child is allowed per family; the second child must pay as an adult.
    • Visa applications, once submitted to the Consulate, will not be refunded.
  • The Travel Company is not responsible for natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, diseases, aircraft technical issues, weather conditions, third-party service failure due to unforeseen circumstances… leading to the postponement, cancellation, or rescheduling of flights, or the inability to arrange visits in the planned program. In such cases, the Travel Company will consider refunding the expenses to customers under applicable conditions (after deducting expenses like visa fees, and flight costs… and will not be liable for additional compensations).
  • All images taken during the tour may be used by the travel company for advertising purposes; if you disagree, kindly inform the tour guide before the tour begins.
  • The itinerary sequence might change depending on flight schedules or other unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the visit to all planned attractions.
  • Departure conditions: The group should have at least 10 adult customers (children aged 12 and above are considered adults), if less than 10, the tour’s departure date will be postponed or if it proceeds, an additional fee will be applied based on the number of customers, 10 days prior to departure.

REGISTRATION AND EXECUTION PROCESS:

  • Customers fill in the registration form and provide visa application documents before the departure date as per the prescribed day to allow sufficient time for the group visa application process.
  • Deposit the tour reservation fee of 15 million VND/customer/tour for Japan, Australia, and Dubai, and 20 million VND/customer/tour for European tours.
  • Complete the tour payment at least 10 days before the departure date. In case the consulate reports a visa rejection after the full payment has been made, we will refund the full tour cost according to regulations – deducting the visa rejection fee for each tour, as stipulated).
  • The TRAVEL COMPANY will guide the visa procedures, assist in filling out visa forms, register submission dates, and require customers to be present for document submission, carrying original documents for verification.

VISA APPLICATION FOR EUROPE

To best prepare for the European visa application, the TRAVEL COMPANY suggests customers to prepare the following documents: 

All DOCUMENTS PHOTOCOPIED ON A4 PAPER MUST BE NOTARIZED.

 

1. Personal

  1. Passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of return.
  2. If a delegate is attending on behalf of another organization, a clear and specific invitation letter explaining the reason for the invitation and stating that the travel expenses will be covered by that organization.
  3. Two 4×6 photos, white background, no glasses.
  4. National ID, Household Registration or Permanent Residency, or KT3 Form.
  5. Marriage Certificate (if applicable), Birth Certificate of children (if applicable).

  • Business License.
  •  Recent 3-month tax payment receipts.
  •  Sales and purchase contracts, business contracts.

TRAVEL COMPANY

  1. Invitation letter from the Travel Company’s partner in Europe with complete customer information.
  2. Confirmation of the travel itinerary, accommodations, transportation, meals, and sightseeing (in English).
  3. Detailed Travel Contract and tour program (in Vietnamese).
  4. International Travel Insurance.
  5. Complete the necessary application forms as per the Consulate’s or Embassy’s requirements.
  6. Set an interview date and pay the interview fee.
  7. Provide pre-travel advice and guidance to customers before submitting documents to the Consulate or Embassy.
DAY 1: FRANCE

Tourists will rest on the aircraft.

Morning: Arrive at Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport. The group proceeds to complete the immigration procedure before boarding a bus for an excursion to capture the picturesque landscape:

  • Arc De Triomphe – The Triumphal Arch is one of the iconic structures in France. Many significant historical events have taken place here. Various renowned sculptures depicting historic battles are exhibited here, notably ‘The Marseillaise’ by the famous sculptor, Francois Rude. 
  • Champs Elysees The most beautiful avenue in the world, this area houses some of the most luxurious shops in the “City of Light”  Paris
  • Les Invalides A famous Parisian construction commissioned by King Louis XIV at the end of the 17th century. Visitors can delve into French military history and visit the grand tomb of Napoleon Bonaparte, the famous autocratic emperor of France.
  • Concorde Square – One of the renowned squares in Paris located at the eastern end of Champs-Élysées, bordering the Seine River. It is the largest square in Paris, second in France after the Quinconces square in Bordeaux, and 11th in the world.
  • Notre Dame Cathedral – A prominent Catholic cathedral renowned for its Gothic architecture situated on Île de la Cité, an island in the Seine River. It’s the main cathedral of the Archdiocese of Paris.

Noon: Lunch at a restaurant, followed by further exploration:

    • Eiffel Tower – Capture a photo with this two-century-old architectural marvel, an enduring symbol of Paris and the pride of the French.
    • Join a 1-hour River Seine Sightseeing Cruise. The ticket includes a serene cruise along the river from the Eiffel Tower’s base, passing stunning landmarks like Assemblée Nationale, Invalides, Musée d’Orsay, Institut de France, and Notre Dame de Paris while enjoying audio commentary in 14 languages.

    • Pose for a photo with the iconic glass pyramid of the Louvre Museum, the oldest and third-largest museum in the world housing an extensive collection portraying the history and art of France from the Capetian monarchs to the present day. The museum exhibits numerous priceless artworks, including the world’s most famous painting, the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci (exterior photo only).

  • Free time for shopping at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (at your expense and subject to time).

Evening: Dinner at a restaurant and then return to the hotel for overnight rest in Paris.

Morning: The group enjoys breakfast at the hotel, then departs for Reims, the home of France’s famous wine production dating back to the 17th century. En route, you will sightsee the following landmarks:

  • Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral, the city’s most magnificent sight, boasting an imposing façade adorned with intricate details. This architectural masterpiece has been the site of significant historical events, including royal coronations until the 19th century.

  • Monument-ossuaire de la Ferme de Navarin, a poignant memorial commemorating the soldiers who bravely sacrificed themselves during World War I.
  • Porte de Mars Arch, an ancient Roman triumphal arch, dating back to the 3rd century AD, which proudly bears the inscription ‘Reims’.

Noon: The group indulges in a delightful lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to Metz, situated in the Lorraine region in northeastern France. Along the way, travelers catch glimpses of:

  • Temple Neuf Church, an intriguing architectural blend that offers an exciting and unique sightseeing experience.
  • Bourges Cathedral, a gem of Gothic architecture, is often referred to as the ‘Candelabrum of God’. Constructed between 1250 and 1380 as part of a unified plan and adorned with exquisite art.
  • Porte des Allemands, a distinct symbol of Metz city, represents a rare remnant from medieval times.

Evening: The group concludes the day with a satisfying dinner at a local restaurant, returning to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay in Metz.

Morning: The day starts with breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out procedures as the group journeys to Strasbourg, the birthplace of art, architecture, history, and culture. En route, the tour includes observations of:

  • Strasbourg Cathedral, a magnificent, most prestigious work of art in Europe. This grand cathedral was one of the tallest buildings in the world for 200 years, displaying unique and awe-inspiring architecture that captivates every visitor.
  • Rohan Palace, located near Strasbourg Cathedral, is regarded as the heart of Europe. Built-in 1730, it’s a masterpiece of French Baroque architecture.
  • Place du Marche, the city’s oldest square, is reminiscent of a beautiful painting.
  • Kleber Square, the city’s largest square at the center, is named after a local hero, General Kleber.
  • Pont du Corbeau, one of the unique bridges spanning the Ill River in Strasbourg.

Noon: The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to Colmar, rated as one of France’s most beautiful cities, nestled alongside the picturesque Lauch River. While traveling, the group gets a glimpse of:

    • Colmar’s Old Town & Little Venice, resembling a perfect painting with a network of restaurants along the canal, bridges, and many half-timbered, colorful, and ancient wooden buildings. Trees and willows lining the riverbanks and decorative flowerpots around houses create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Free time for shopping (if time permits)

Evening: The day ends with a dinner at a local restaurant before checking in for an overnight stay at a hotel in Colmar.

Morning: The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out procedures to reach Interlaken, a town nestled amidst breathtakingly beautiful lakes. Interlaken, adored by many, is a small town situated amid the Swiss Alps, renowned as the ‘Gateway to Jungfrau,’ known as the ‘center of European travel exploration.’ The tour includes visits to:

  • Iseltwald Village, an essential place to visit in Switzerland, revered by travel enthusiasts for its tranquility, known as one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland. It’s popular due to its serene atmosphere and association with the movie ‘A Place in the Sun.’

  • Conquering the summit of Titlis via the rotating cable car Rotair, offering a 360-degree view. Titlis, an Alpine mountain exceeding 3200m in height, possesses all the attributes to become a dream destination for thousands of travelers. The captivating cable car journey leading to Titlis allows for varied emotional experiences. Titlis remains welcoming throughout the year with its perpetual snow cover.

Noon: The group enjoys lunch at a local restaurant before continuing the journey to the historic city of Lucerne, embellished by the crystal-clear waters of the Reuss River. The exploration includes:

  • Kapellbrücke, a 204m (669ft) wooden bridge built in 1333, known as one of the oldest wooden bridges in Northern Europe, spanning the beautiful Reuss River. On the other side, the bridge leads to the octagonal Water Tower, a fortress dating back to the 13th century. The bridge houses a series of 17th-century paintings portraying the city’s history.
  • Lion Monument, a stone sculpture depicting a dying lion, honoring the valiant sacrifice of 800 Swiss Guards to protect Louis XVI during the French Revolution in 1792 at the Tuileries.
  • Lake Lucerne, the fourth-largest lake in Switzerland, stands out as a prominent tourist spot. The lake’s beauty has inspired many artistic creations, notably Beethoven’s ‘Piano Sonata No. 14,’ commonly known as ‘Moonlight Sonata.’

Evening: The day concludes with dinner at a local restaurant, followed by check-in and an overnight stay at a hotel in Lucerne.

Morning: The day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out and the journey to Milan, also known as Milano, Italy’s most vibrant and developed city. It stands as the world’s largest fashion capital.

Noon: Lunch is at a restaurant in Milan, followed by visits and photo opportunities at:

  • The magnificent and colorful historic square of Duomo.
  • Santa Maria delle Grazie is a monumental structure consisting of a church and a Dominican convent in Milan. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1980, the convent was begun in 1463 and completed in 1469, while the church continued construction in the years that followed.
  • The luxurious and historic Vittorio Emanuele commercial center, a haven for fashion enthusiasts and culinary delights. This building is an important historical landmark, considered the world’s oldest shopping mall. The vaulted building also pays homage to the contemporary style. Spend an afternoon shopping, have a drink post a local concert, or simply admire this 19th-century architectural marvel (additional shopping destinations are subject to tour traffic and the accessibility of the sites).

Afternoon: The tour concludes with the group journeying to Venice Mestre.

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out and the journey to explore Venice, one of the most romantic cities in the world. It’s a land of masquerade masks and a city of bridges and canals. Experience a boat ride from Tronchetto to San Marco and tour Venice Island, a memorable experience with a scenic journey, capturing the city’s charming and dreamy beauty from a distance and the architectural structures on both sides, including:

  • Ponte dei Sospiri, also known as the Bridge of Sighs, built by the skilled Italian architect Antonio Contino from 1600 to 1602. This bridge spans the Rio di Palazzo canal, connecting the Doge’s Palace with the New Prison on the opposite side of the canal.
  • Doge’s Palace, also called the Palazzo Ducale, is one of the most famous buildings in Venice, situated on Piazza San Marco. It’s an opulent palace intricately decorated in Venetian style.
  • Visit the Glass Production Workshop. Glassblowing has been present on this island since 1291, with Italy’s top artisans mastering the craft. Visitors can witness these artists transforming molten glass into beautifully artistic pieces.

Noon: Lunch at a restaurant on Venice Island. Then, board a ship to return to the shore and head to Pisa.

Evening: Dinner is served at a restaurant, followed by check-in and accommodation at a hotel in Pisa.

Morning: After breakfast at the hotel and checking out, the journey proceeds to Pisa. En route, the group experiences the following destinations:

  • The Leaning Tower of Pisa, a UNESCO World Heritage site, reinforced with 800 tons of counterweight to reduce its tilt. This iconic structure profoundly influenced Italian architecture and stands as a symbol of both Pisa and the nation.

Noon: The group enjoys lunch at a restaurant before departing for Rome.

Evening: End of the day with dinner at a restaurant and checking in for a relaxing stay at a hotel in Rome.

Morning: Commencing after breakfast at the hotel and check-out, the tour embarks on a sightseeing expedition to capture stunning visuals of:  

  • The Vatican City, the world’s smallest independent state spanning a mere 0.44 square kilometers, entirely enclosed within Italy’s capital, Rome. The primary language spoken is Italian, and the Euro is the currency used, despite the Vatican not being a member of the European Union.
  • The Roman Colosseum, an enduring symbol of the Roman Empire and one of the most striking remnants of Roman architecture.
  • Trevi Fountain, a Baroque masterpiece where visitors customarily toss coins into the water, symbolizing a wish to return and explore the Eternal City of Rome.

Noon: The group enjoys a delightful lunch at a restaurant, continuing on to:

  • The National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II, also known as Vittoriano or Altare della Patria, a grand national monument erected between 1885 and 1935 to honor Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of a unified Italy, in Rome, Italy.
  • The Spanish Steps, a renowned and UNESCO-recognized cultural heritage site in Rome, globally acclaimed after the release of the film “Roman Holiday” in 1953.

Evening: End of the day with a satisfying dinner at a restaurant before checking in for a peaceful night’s stay at a hotel in Rome.

Morning: The group completes the check-out procedure, enjoys breakfast at the hotel, then proceeds to the airport for departure. The group will spend the night on the plane.
