Inclusions:

• Standard 4-star hotel accommodation (2 guests per room or 3 guests per room in the case of individual bookings where the single guest doesn’t have a room partner).
• Dorsett Hotel tại khu Tsuen Wan, or Cozi hotel tại khu Tsuen Wan.
• Accommodation and sightseeing per the itinerary.
• Tour leader and guide throughout the tour.
• Accident insurance fee (maximum compensation for persons is 1,050,000,000 VND for guests under 65 years old, 600,000,000 VND for guests from 65 to under 80 years old, and no insurance for guests 80 years and older, with a baggage coverage of 21,000,000 VND.

Exclusions:

• Hong Kong visa for the group (in case of a group registration and a member is not granted a visa, those with visas must proceed; the visa fee of 1,500,000 VND will be deducted from the deposit for guests not granted a visa).
• Round-trip group airfare, non-changeable dates (SGN – HKG – SGN) (HHK Cathay Pacific).
• Taxes (airport taxes of both countries, security fees, fuel surcharges) (Tax rates are subject to ticketing time).
• The passport must be valid for at least 6 months (unaltered and intact).
• Single room surcharge (if applicable): 4,000,000 VND/guest/tour.
• Excess baggage fee as stipulated at 23 USD/kg (Regulation: 23 kg (2 checked items) + 7 kg (carry-on) per guest).
• Personal expenses (phone calls, laundry, meals outside the program, baggage handling fees, etc.).
• Vietnamese visa documentation fee for single-entry visas (2,000,000 VND) for guests with foreign passports (visa sticker fee to be self-paid at the airport).
• Tipping fees for guides and local drivers (500,000 VND/tour/guest).
• Additional costs in case of uncontrollable circumstances for canceled flights: natural disasters, weather, strikes, etc.

Note: The program sequence may be altered by the company to adapt to real situations while ensuring all the outlined sightseeing spots are covered.

For children (Calculated based on age):

• Under 02 years old : 000.000VNĐ (without sharing a bed with an adult)
• From 02 years old to under 10 years old : 000.000VNĐ (without sharing a bed with an adult)
• 10 years old and above : same as adult price.

Cancellation Policy (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays):

• Customers deposit 50% of the total tour price upon registration, and the remaining amount must be paid 14 days before the departure date.
• Guests will bear the penalty fee for cancellations after deposit payment.
• Canceling the tour 20 days before departure will incur a 50% penalty of the total tour price.
• Canceling the tour 14 days before departure will incur an 80% penalty of the total tour price.
• Canceling the tour 10 days before departure will incur a 100% penalty of the total tour price.

NOTES:

• The company commits to providing information and assisting customers within its capabilities but is exempt from covering any incurred expenses if the customer is detained by the immigration authorities at the border or is not allowed to enter the country with the group. In such cases, according to the regulations of the local service providers, we are obliged to deny any refunds for the tour fees, even if the service has not been rendered.
• Due to the nature of group tours, the company is responsible for gathering at least 10 customers for the tour to proceed as scheduled. If the number falls below 10, the company will notify customers 3 days before the departure date and either agree on a new departure date or refund the entire amount previously paid to the company. If customers still want to depart on the scheduled date, the company will group them with other partners for the tour to commence as planned when the customers register.

• This is a comprehensive tour, so customers must depart and return with the group (unable to change flights, trains, etc.).
• As this is a group tour, customers are not allowed to depart from the group. Should they do so, they are solely responsible for any issues during their time apart (the tour guide, local guide, and company will not be responsible anymore). Any remaining services on the tour such as hotel stays, entrance fees, meals, and flight tickets will not be refunded.
