- 4-star hotels based on local standards with 02 guests/room – Single guests will be subject to a single room surcharge as per the regulations in case there is no one to share a room with. Special note: In the event that the company has someone to share a room with, but due to the individual’s own reasons, they change or cancel, or for other force, majeure reasons cannot join the tour, the company reserves the right to surcharge the Single supplement fee as initially notified since there is no one to share the room with.
- Meals as described in the tour itinerary.
- Entrance tickets as described in the program.
- Travel insurance, unexpected incidents, and COVID treatment insurance with a maximum insurance value of 50,000 USD/case (treatment costs will be paid according to the regulations of the insurance).
- Gift of travel hat, passport cover, luggage tag, backpack, or umbrella.
- Drinking water served on the bus, 01 bottle/guest/day.

- Round-trip airfare from Vietnam Airlines SGN – ICN// ICN – SGN & airfare taxes and fees.
- Intact passport, not damaged, and must be valid for at least 6 months until the end of the Tour for entry into Vietnam.
- Personal expenses not included such as: telephone, laundry, drinks in the mini-bar, etc.
- Online Visa Fee for entry into Korea for countries such as the United States, Europe, or other countries as per the entry regulations of the Korean Government.
- Visa fee for re-entry into Vietnam for foreigners: 55 USD/Visa 1 time (may be subject to different fees at the actual time).
- Surcharge for foreign nationality: 2,800,000 VND/Guest (Guests not carrying Vietnamese nationality).
- Separate groups will be charged an additional 200 USD/day.
- Tipping for the support team is 5 USD/person/day.
- Single room supplement: 3,000,000 VND/Guest/Tour.

CHILD TICKET PRICES |
- Children under 2 years old: Includes round-trip airfare with parents, insurance.
- Children from 2 to under 11 years old: Include round-trip airfare. Sleeping with parents, and other fees are served according to the standard for children.
- Children from 11 years old and older: 100% of the Tour price (Same as adults).
- Children on the Tour are calculated based on the departure date and based on the date, month, and year of birth of the child.

Note: 1. Children sleep in the same bed with parents. In the case of sleeping separately, 100% of the tour price is charged.
- Depending on the actual conditions, the sightseeing program may change the itinerary up and down to be suitable. However, the tourist destinations will still be guaranteed. Or, due to objective reasons from the tourist destination, if it is not possible to accept at the time, negotiations can be made to change to an equivalent destination.
In case customers are refused a visa by the Consulate:
The non-refundable fee is 2,000,000 VND/guest, applicable when customers book the tour and submit the documents before 21 days from the departure date (airfare not issued yet).
Non-refundable fee is 4,000,000 VND/guest, applicable when customers book the tour and submit the documents after 21 days until the departure date (including expenses already paid such as airfare refund, translation, letter of guarantee, visa fees).
REGULATIONS FOR FOREIGN GUESTS – ELDERLY & CHILDREN
- Customers with foreign nationalities must have an exit visa when going on the tour, and must clearly state the visa status, whether it is a single-entry or multiple-entry visa. The customer must request the Company’s business staff to confirm whether they need to reapply for a visa to enter Vietnam after the tour ends.
- Please bring the customs declaration for the entry visa and 02 photos of 4x6cm if the customer needs to reapply for a visa to enter Vietnam after the tour ends.
- Customers with dual citizenship (not yet naturalized) must inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration and submit the original documents along with relevant papers (if any).
- Customers with only a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no valid Vietnamese passport are not allowed to travel to a third country.
- In the case of children traveling with someone other than parents, the customer must submit a power of attorney accepted by the local authorities (Police) along with a certified copy of the birth certificate and the national identity card of the biological parents.
- For pregnant customers and those over 70 years old, customers and their families commit to ensuring their health to participate in the tour with the company when registering. Any incidents that occur during the tour, the Travel Company will not be responsible.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event that you cannot participate in the tour, please notify the Company and bear the cancellation fee as listed below:

Note:
- Any tour cancellations after the visa has been issued (submitted by the travel company) will be subject to penalties as specified, and the company reserves the right to report to the consulate and cancel the visa result.
- In case of tour cancellation due to force majeure, please provide sufficient documents and evidence. The company will collaborate with customers to work with suppliers to find the best possible solution.
- If a companion is unfortunately denied a visa, the remaining person must pay the single room surcharge if at that time, the company cannot arrange for a suitable replacement.
- Cancellation due to the companion’s visa refusal will follow the cancellation policy mentioned above.
NOTES:
- Please carefully review the program, tour prices, inclusive and exclusive details listed in the program before purchasing the tour.
- Customers should bring the original Passport and pay a 50% deposit when registering for the tour; the remaining amount will be paid after obtaining the visa or 10 days before departure.
- Flight schedules may change last minute depending on airlines, weather conditions, operational reasons, and these are considered force majeure conditions to be negotiated with the airline for the best resolution for customer benefits.
- Any issues related to leaving Vietnam and entering Korea are the legal responsibility of the customer. The Company does not have the authority to inspect or intervene in the relevant competent authorities, therefore The Travel company is exempt from responsibility for any issues related to the customer’s personal affairs.
- Depending on the visa issuance situation from the Consulate and airline tickets, the departure date may be delayed from 1 to 10 days compared to the original departure date. This is considered a force majeure case, so any issues arising related to the Company’s visa status will be exempt from liability.
- Children share a bed with parents. Each family is only allowed to accompany one child; the second child pays as an adult.
- Visa applications after submission to the Consulate will not be refunded.
- In the event of a tour cancellation with prior notice due to natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, technical malfunctions of aircraft, or notifications for reasons related to the airline’s decision on landing and flight permits regulated by the aviation authority,… leading to rescheduling, cancellation, or delay of flights. Depending on the situation, The Travel Company will collaborate with suppliers to review and negotiate the best solution for all parties at the time of occurrence. It is especially noted that the Visa Fee will not be refunded for any reason, and the company will not be responsible for compensating any other incurred costs beyond the tour program mentioned above.
- Any images taken during the tour may be used for advertising purposes by the travel company. If you disagree, please inform the tour guide before the tour starts..

REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE
- Customers complete the registration form and submit visa application documents at least 20 days before the departure date.
- Pay a 50% tour deposit.
- Complete the tour payment 15 days before the departure date. In the unfortunate event that a customer fails to obtain a visa after full payment, we will refund the entire tour amount after deducting the visa fee as per the specified regulations mentioned above.
- The Travel Company will guide the visa procedure, assist in filling out visa application forms, and customers must be present to submit documents and bring the original dossier for verification.

VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR KOREA 2023
To prepare for the visa application to enter Korea, The Travel recommends that customers prepare the following documents: ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE PHOTOCOPIED ON A4 PAPER, SINGLE-SIDED, AND NOTARIZED.
DOCUMENTATION FOR EACH CASE
(For each specific case, The Travel Company’s consultants will provide additional guidance over the phone.)
1. Personal | - Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the end of the trip.
- If any delegate attends a program where the travel expenses are covered by another inviting organization, they must have a clear invitation letter from that organization, specifying the reasons for the invitation and confirming that the travel expenses will be covered by that organization.
- 2 photos sized 3.5×4.5 on a white background, taken directly without glasses.
- National ID card, Permanent residence book, or Certificate of temporary residence (issued for over 2 years).
- All documents must be notarized copies on A4 paper, single-sided, and valid for 6 months.
- Marriage certificate (if applicable), Birth certificate of children (if applicable), Confirmation of single status (if applicable).
