– USD taxes (airport taxes for both countries, security fees, fuel surcharges).
– Australia entry visa: 4,000,000 VND/passenger (in case a passenger registers as part of a group and some are not granted visas, the passengers who receive visas must still depart, and passengers not granted visas will receive a refund after deducting the visa fee of 4,000,000 VND).
– Passengers holding a passport in a visa-exempt category for Australia need to apply for an ETA electronic visa with a fee of 500,000 VND/passenger.
– Passports must have a validity of at least 6 months (unmodified).
– Single room surcharge (if applicable): 13,000,000 VND/passenger/tour.
– Excess luggage charges as per regulations (20kg checked luggage/passenger + 7kg carry-on/passenger).
– Personal expenses (phone and Wi-Fi fees, laundry, meals outside of the program, luggage handling fees, and more ).
– Visa application processing fee for a one-time entry visa to Vietnam (2,000,000 VND) for passengers with foreign passports (passengers will pay the visa stamping fee at the airport).
– Full tour tip for the tour guide and driver (1,200,000 VND/passenger).
– The company is exempt from responsibility for additional expenses incurred if the flight is canceled due to force majeure: natural disasters, weather, strikes, airline issues such as rescheduling, flight cancellations, and more. The company will consider refunding expenses to passengers after deducting service fees like visa fees, airfare, and more.
For children (Based on date of birth):
– Below 02 years old: 000,000 VND (sharing a room with adults).
– From 02 years to under 10 years old: 000,000 VND (sharing a room with adults, no extra bed).
– From 10 years and older: 000,000 VND, charged at the adult tour price.
Please note: Only one child is allowed to accompany two adults. For each extra child, 100% of the adult tour price will be applied.
Cancellation Policy (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays):
– Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total tour price upon registration, with the remaining amount to be paid 15 days before the departure date.
– Guests will bear the penalty for canceling their tour after making the deposit.
– For cancellations made 30 days before departure, customers will incur a 75% penalty of the total tour price.
– For cancellations made from 29 to 14 days before departure, customers will incur a 90% penalty of the total tour price.
– For cancellations made within 14 days of departure, customers will incur a 100% penalty of the total tour price.
Please Note: If a customer is unable to exit or enter a country for personal reasons (such as unclear photos, unclear document information, an expired passport, or not meeting the specified requirements), the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee. Thank you).
NOTE:
– The company commits to providing information and assistance to the best of its ability. However, the company is exempt from responsibility for paying any incurred expenses if the customer is held by local immigration authorities at the border or is not allowed to enter with the group. In this case, due to the regulations of the local service provider, we are obligated to refuse a refund of tour expenses to the customer, even if the service has not been provided.
– Due to the nature of group tours with individual participants, the company is responsible for gathering enough customers to reach a minimum of 10 participants. The tour will proceed as scheduled if this number is met. If the minimum requirement of 10 participants is not met, the company is responsible for notifying customers at least 3 days before the departure date. The company will then make arrangements for a different departure date or provide a full refund of the amount paid to the company. If customers still wish to depart on the original date, the company will combine the group with other partners to ensure the tour proceeds as originally scheduled.
– This is a fully inclusive tour, so customers must depart and return with the group and are not allowed to change any flight or train segments.
– This is a purely group tour, and therefore, throughout the entire trip, customers are kindly requested not to separate from the group. If customers choose to separate from the group without consent, they will be responsible for any issues that may arise during their time away from the group. (The tour leader, local guide, and the company will no longer be responsible.) All services during the remaining tour days, including hotels, entrance fees, meals, and flight tickets, will not be refunded.
– At 19:30, Tourists should assemble at the airport for departure procedures. You will spend the night on the plane.
– 11:00: The local tour guide and car will arrive at the airport and then take you to have lunch at a local restaurant.

– Depart for a sightseeing tour, starting with Federation Square, the most famous public square in Melbourne. Take memorable photos at Flinders Street Station.

– Visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, a green park on the south bank of the Yarra River, and explore the Royal Botanic Gardens, renowned as the best botanical gardens in the world.

– Explore the Gold Museum, where historical artifacts and heritage from the vibrant gold mining days in Ballarat are stored and analyzed.
– Return to Melbourne and have dinner at a local restaurant.

– The group is then transferred to the airport for the departure to Sydney.
